    The minutes from the 14th meeting was accepted..

    Ad.1

    Introduction to this issues made Artemis Perik, OOZM and emphasized that is necessary this coordinative body to continue its work, as well as to follow the undertaken humanitarian activities through mutual informing between NGO humanitarian coordination and NHC.

    Savka Todorovska, SOZM, said that this question depends upon what we would like to work together in the future and suggested these meetings to be held every week and each participant to propose method for mutual action.

    Ahmed Jasarevski, DROM, considers that NGO humanitarian coordination should continue with work twice a month.

    Memedali Rahmani, Mesecina, noted that some projects are in phase of realization although some activities are late, and there is also space for diferent mutual projects.

    Dilbera Kamberovska, Daja, propounded that holding this meeting twice a month is enough.

    Guner Nebiu, SAZM, said that first it is necessary to consider the concrete results from this body, and than, to propose further mutual activities.

    Emina Nuredinoska, MCIC, believes that NGO humanitarian coordination should continue its work twice a month and supported the proposal every organization to submit concrete proposals for mutual post-crisis activities.

    Conclusion

    The NGO Humanitarian Coordination meetings will be held twice a month. For the next meeting each organization should offer concrete proposals for mutual activities.

    Ad. 2

    a) Emina Nuredinoska, MCIC made introduction to the meeting. Minutes from the 17th meeting was distributed to the organizations.

    b) The participants in the meeting submitted short oral reports, as well as written ones, on the activities carried out in the previous week.

    - food / non-food products

    Mesecina distributed 100 parcels of humanitarian aid (food and hygiene supplies) for the displaced persons from Gorna Reka.

    - collective centres/host families

    ROZM "Daja", Megasi, SOZM and OOZM are regularly present in all collective centres and realize meetings with displaced persons. These activities are in the framework of the "Information for return of IDPs" project.

    SOZM, initiated meeting between representatives of every collective centres and the president of Coordinative Body for Crisis Management. As a result of the meeting, assistance including: irons, laundry machines, hair dryers and ironing boards was provided for the collectives centres.

    Recently, Medzasi became mentor of newly established organization "Prijateli" (Friends) from Kumanovo. Besides other activities, the organization has a task to identify the problems of children settled in collective centres in Kumanovo.

    - reconstruction

    Mesecina in cooperation with Centre for Perm Culture and Peace Building from Gostivar, started with reconstruction of the school "Petar Jovanovski" in the village of Dolna Banjica, supported by UNHCR.

    - Psychosocial / education activities

    In the collective centre "Medzasi", common educative and fun workshops for the children in the collective centre and students from "Nova" high school were held.

    - other activities

    SOZM, organized humanitarian concert, under motto "Youngsters sing for youngsters". The funds from the concert were used for winter jackets for the children from the collective centres.

    Mesecina organized a seminar on topic "Inter-ethnic relations and the Code of interethnic relations", on which around 20 NGO representatives from Gostivar and Gostivar area took part. Mesecina also started with realisation of the "And we are also for human rights" project, financed by Commission for Human Rights at the European Commission.

    Artemis Perik, OOZM made introduction.

    Conclusion

    NGO humanitarian coordination accepted one member from Local Coordination Body from Tetovo. The representative from Tetovo will take part on the next NGO Humanitarian Coordination meeting.

    Ad. 4

    Rahmani Memedali, Mesecina, asked about the announced financial support as an assistance for displaced persons settled in families. According to Mesecina, this financial support has still not been distributed.

    In addition, he requested answer regarding activities taken in the crisis regions i.e. whether the re-registration of IDPs process is over and whether the damage assessment in all crisis regions is completed .

    Ahmed Jasarevski, Drom, requested from this coordination body to provide assistance for several Roma families in Strumica, that lost their houses because they were not included in the urban plan. 11 families, out of a total of 60 whose houses should also be destroyed, live in extremely inappropriate conditions.

    After the discussion, the participants resumed the following

    Conclusions

    • Common assistance for Roma's families in Strumica. Apart of the humanitarian assistance for IDPs, as a main goal of this coordination body is necessary to be undertaking common action for providing assistance for the people who live in the Roma colony in Strumica. DROM will initiate this problem and other members will join for common lobbying at the governmental institutions to help these people.

    • Mutual post - crisis activity. Because the situation is normalizing, it is necessary to take mutual action by the NGO Humanitarian Coordination aimed at IDPs' needs for return to their normal everyday life.

    The meeting started at 14:00 hours and finished in 15:20 hours.
